What we collect
When you fill in a form, call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we collect what you choose to share: your name, phone number, email, estate, the service you need, start date and any details about the person who needs care.
Why we use it
- To contact you about your request and prepare a care plan and quote.
- To match and supervise a caregiver once you decide to go ahead.
- To send our monthly guide, only if you subscribe.
Health information
Details about health or care needs are shared only with the coordinator and caregiver who need them to look after your family, and with medical professionals when you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to run any placement, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Under Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. Email us at info@makaohomecare.co.ke and we will respond.
