Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Yes. We deliver within Nairobi in 24 to 48 hours and to Kiambu, Machakos, Kajiado and other towns by courier. Delivery fees are confirmed when we call to confirm your order.

How does renting work?

Rental is charged per month, paid in advance, with a refundable deposit on larger items such as hospital beds and oxygen concentrators. We deliver, set up and collect the equipment, and you can extend month by month.

How do I pay with M-Pesa?

Use our Paybill number with your order number as the account number, or pay to our Till number. Enter the M-Pesa confirmation code at checkout or send it to us on WhatsApp.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes, for orders within Nairobi. Choose Pay on delivery at checkout and pay by M-Pesa when the equipment arrives.

Is rented equipment clean and safe?

Every rental item is cleaned, sanitised and checked before delivery, and we show your family how to use it safely.

Do I need a prescription for oxygen?

Yes. Oxygen concentrators are supplied only against a doctor's prescription and prescribed flow rate. Our nurses can explain safe use at home.
